MEDOWS CPA, PLLC is pleased to announce that Managing Member, Jonathan MEDOWS, has earned his CPA license to serve clients in the state of Pennsylvania. MEDOWS, who has been a practicing CPA in the Manhattan and New York area for nearly 15 years, serves a wide range of clients including freelancers, self-employed individuals and small business owners in the state of Pennsylvania with tax and accounting services including representing them before PA tax authorities.

Jonathan MEDOWS is a Certified Public Accountant in the States of New York, New Jersey, Maryland and now, Pennsylvania. He also serves international clients in China, Germany, Israel, the Netherlands, Panama, Poland, and the United Kingdom.

MEDOWS holds a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in economics and accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University. An ordained Rabbi by the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, MEDOWS also holds a Master of Arts in Judaic Studies.

Prior to establishing his own firm to provide tax and accounting services for freelancers, self-employed individuals and small business owners, MEDOWS worked as a Staff Accountant with Arthur Anderson and later as the Senior Consultant in the Restructuring Group of KPMG.

MEDOWS CPA, PLLC provides comprehensive tax and accounting services including sales tax audits and payroll tax audits. In addition, MEDOWS is the founder of CPA for Freelancers®, an online community that provides tax and accounting resources (including a blog and email newsletter subscription) to the United States freelance community.
